PNGSDP acquired 80% of Cloudy Bay Sustainable Forestry Ltd (CBSFL) in 2007.

CBSFL promotes sustainable forestry practices which are aligned with PNGSDP's mandate. It operates in the Central Province of PNG and also harvests, mills and sells timber products.
